A red flag would be any installer quoting without ever physically seeing the roof or property.

Review volume is limited at present. Ask Treadlighter for two or three customer references from their last 6 months of work; reputable installers will provide them. A small review count isn't disqualifying for a newer firm, but you should expect to see recent project photos.
