This section applies to users of our UK quote-matching service and takes precedence for UK residents. Last updated July 2026.
What we collect via quote forms: your name, email address, phone number, postcode and your answers about your property and project (for example property type, ownership status, current heating, timeline).
Why and on what basis: we process this data with your consent, given when you tick the consent box on our forms, for the sole purpose of matching you with up to three vetted installers so they can provide quotes.
Who we share it with: only the installers you are matched with (a maximum of three per request). We never sell your details, and we never share them with anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep it: quote-request details are retained for up to 12 months for matching, quality and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights: you may withdraw consent, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it at any time — contact us and we will action requests within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
